Depending on the country, the environment and institutional missions of our partners, ACTEC provides assistance for young people who have dropped out of school, street children, the disabled, teenage mothers, adults in difficulty, isolated farmers, informal economy micro-entrepreneurs, populations displaced by armed conflict, etc. Each of these groups receives a programme tailored to their needs and characteristics.
Empowerment of women
We believe that the profound social and economic discrimination suffered by many women is closely related to their lack of access to education and technical training. ACTEC focuses on improving the self-esteem of women and on providing them with access to quality training which will enable them to find employment and generate their own income to be able to fulfil their goals for themselves and their family.

All of the projects implemented by ACTEC are sustained over time and enable many people to take the path to employment.
How a profession changes their lives
Learning and performing a profession ensures a source of revenue, stability and emotional and material security for people and their family. By becoming useful and productive, people acquire autonomy and dignity. All of these factors anchor them in society and enable them to act within their community.
