Promote professional insertion and access to decent employment by supporting small entrepreneurs and raising awareness among young people
Created in 2014, RDC Entreprises développement (RDC Bussiness development) aims to enable small entrepreneurs to improve their living conditions and those of their employees, to structure and energize the small bussiness sector by improving management practices and to participate in local economic development by encouraging employment creation.
Its work consists in training and advising entrepreneurs, including vulnerable microentrepreneurs. Particular attention is paid to direct and individualized accompaniment of entrepreneurs, but also to their networking within the « Entrepreneurs’ Club » (themed evenings, cocktails parties, company visits).
ACTEC, in partnership with the French NGO IECD, supports the strengthening of RDCED’s institutional capacities by providing technical assistance to trainers, consultants and coaches (collective training, individualized coaching). This reinforcement includes an internal certification of trainers, in order to ensure the quality of services offered to entrepreneurs.
Since 2019, thanks to ACTEC support and the members of RED (Red de Desarrollo Empresarial), RDCED is also launching an entrepreneurship awareness program for students of technical branches of several partner’s schools. This training in several modules makes it possible to combine theory and practice thanks to the “Mini-Enterprise Club”. ACTEC’s support to this training includes the strengthening of the skills of the staff in charge of the program’s animation, and in the long term, the reinforcement of the pedagogical skills of the professors of the partner schools so that they can lead the awareness-raising sessions autonomously.
