ACTEC is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of four members who meet four or five times a year. The main task of the Board of Directors is to define the strategy and ensure its execution.

In addition, the Annual General Meeting brings together all of ACTEC’s active members once a year to appoint directors, approve the annual activities report and approve the budget and strategic plans presented by the Board.
