The Solidarity Studies Olympics are an innovative development education and solidarity awareness-raising initiative through which young people and companies can commit to and support international development cooperation projects.
The goal of the Olympics is to raise the awareness of young people about the importance of education and make them aware of the impact training has on improving people’s living conditions.
Young people meet in solidarity study rooms for a month to study and sponsor a project. Partner companies donate €1 to an educational project in the South for every hour of study in these rooms.
