ACTEC – Association for Cultural, Technical and Educational Cooperation is a Belgian NGO created in 1982 to strengthen the role and autonomy of marginalized people by training them in a profession.
All of our projects emphasize on the personal and professional development of our beneficiaries because we believe that they are the true actors of change in their society.
ACTEC always works with leading local development entities within each country. Our approach is based on a strategic partnership relationship, which enables anchoring sustainably and qualitatively our development projects. Our partners are the keystone of our actions. We provide our know-how and expertise to strengthen their institutional capabilities.
