ECT Dual Training System

With our partners, we promote the DUAL training system : an apprenticeship at school and in a company. Today, our Kenyan partner Eastland College of Technology (ECT) has pioneered the Dual Training System – DTS. ECT has set up a network of partner companies, benefited from the support of German experts to train its teachers and adapted the layout of the course content as well as the theory-practice connection.
