Its objective is to develop the managerial and strategic skills of the target audience so that they can transform their businesses and in turn become the driving force behind the development of their communities.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;vc_default&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1612953637153{padding-bottom: 50px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-offset-1 vc_col-lg-10 vc_col-md-offset-1 vc_col-md-10&#8243;][vc_column_text]Since its beginnings, the Programme has evolved: the experiences and lessons learned with each of the institutions with which ACTEC collaborates have contributed to improving the quality of the Programme until it reaches its current reality. Today, we are in a moment of deepening and expanding the Programme.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]In 2022, four institutions in three different countries (Guatemala, Colombia and El Salvador) and in two different modalities (agro-urban) are implementing the Programme. Naturally, each local partner and each country has its own idiosyncrasies and particular characteristics that require some adaptation and contextualisation of the Programme.
