Gender strategy<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Focused on developing opportunities for the most vulnerable, ACTEC’s mission is closely linked to the pursuit of gender equality.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this document is to present ACTEC’s cross-functional strategy on equal opportunities for men and women. By “equal opportunities” we mean the right of “women and men, girls and boys, to enjoy the same conditions, the same treatment and the same opportunities, so as to fully realise their potential, their human rights and their dignity, and to contribute to and benefit from economic, social, cultural and political development”.<\/p>\n

The projects set up by ACTEC, which are rooted in the current context of developing countries and carried out in partnership with institutions in the South, seek not only to recognise the rights of each and every one of us, but above all to propose concrete actions to put these rights into practice.[\/vc_column_text]
